Bio

Inspired by Gospel, Blues, Country, Rock and Roll, you name it, Lisa has been able to carve out her niche. "I have found out who I am through singing and songwriting".

Lisa has been professionally trained in music as a member of the Confederation Centre of the Arts Girls Choir, Prince Edward Island, Canada. In 1999 she made a decision to pursue songwriting professionally and continues to make every effort to improve her craft.

Lisa has performed in Nashville, TN at the legendary Tootsies, Nashville Palace and BB Kings' House of Blues in Nashville and Beale St., Memphis, TN. 

Writing with many people across Canada and the U.S., Lisa has worked on many genres of music making her a versatile artist.

During her 5 year stint in Austin and Southeast Texas, Lisa made many lasting friendships and fed off the mojo left by the likes of Janis Joplin, George Jones, Mark Chestnut, Freddie Fender, Tex Ritter, just to name a few. 

"I feel blessed to have had such inspiring experiences in my travels. The people that have told me their stories are the true meaning of songwriting. Just knowing that they opened their hearts to me makes my heart full."
